YOUTH
BUREAU
The
Youth Bureau is dedicated to offering youth development programs to youth
and families in the City of Batavia. Programs and activities are provided
in the area of Youth Empowerment, Cultural Enrichment, Recreation, and Education.
The Youth Bureau operates a Youth Center, Open Gym Program, Summer Recreation
Program, Serteen Club, Peer -Tutoring, Rent-A-Youth, and more. The
Bureau acts as a resource to youth and families in the city of Batavia and
can provide information and referrals to other services in the community
that families and youth may need. There are no fees for Youth
Bureau programs which are funded by the City of Batavia with partial funding
from New York State Office of Children and Family Services.
