MESSAGE FROM THE COUNCIL PRESIDENT

I would like to extend to all of you a warm welcome to the City of Batavia. The entire Batavia City Council invites you to explore all that the City has to offer. Batavia has the unique character of a small town combined with the amenities found in larger cities. From our tree lined streets and ample parks to our numerous sports, arts and cultural organizations, Batavia has something for everyone. We encourage you to visit some of our fine restaurants and entertainment facilities, including Batavia Downs. You may also want to attend some of the many festivals we have throughout the year or take in a baseball game and cheer on our beloved Class A baseball team the Batavia Muckdogs.

Most importantly, get to know some of the wonderful people who make the City of Batavia one of the best places in all of Western New York to live, work and raise a family.
