How do I register a complaint regarding property maintenance?

A message can be left, day or night, on the Neighborhood Hotline by calling 345-6396 or you can speak directly with an employee of the Bureau of Inspection by calling 345-6345 Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. A property address with a specific location and description of the alleged violation will be required for all complaints. Complaints will be addressed within 5 business days of receipt. Emergencies will be addressed immediately.
