GLOW OUT! Parade and Festival

There will be a GLOW OUT! parade and festival in the City Centre parking lot (by the old JCPenneys) on Saturday, June 11th from 11:00am - 8:00pm. The parade will start on Alva Place, end in the City Centre lot and the festival will be on Bank Street.
