REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Jackson Square DRI Project
The City of Batavia is requesting proposals from qualified artists to support the revitalization of the City of Batavia’s entertainment center, Jackson Square.
PURPOSE: The project aims to enhance the entryways into Jackson Square and extend the cultural corridor within our city.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Creation of two metal archways to be installed at each entrance into Jackson Square: Jackson and Center Streets. Project includes installation or subcontracted installation of archways.
PROJECT CRITERIA:
Budget showing costs for:
- Materials to include painting and powder coating: Labor, Delivery, Installation
- Estimated time for completion and installation
- Examples of previous metal work
This program is funded by the NYS Dept. of State through the Downtown Revitalization Initiative. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises and Section 3 firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
