City of Batavia Phone System

On Monday, March 6th the City of Batavia will be installing a new phone system.  During the install, all City phones will be out of service for a period of time of approximately four hours, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. 

The phone installation will be conducted in waves, whereby some department phones will be back operating prior to others. If you attempt to call a City number during this time, and get a busy signal, please try back at a later or contact us via email.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1.  County dispatch will not be affected by the installation.
